Balloons with a Difference aim to deliver you the very best products at competitive prices.
We understand that there may be times when you need to return a purchase from us and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our return & refund policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, in terms of the labelling (adresss) or incorrect items supplied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
To complete your return, Balloons with a Difference requires a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be your invoice, or order number and details.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
(if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Balloons with a Difference will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We reserve the right to inspect and test a product to determine if it is in our opinion faulty or damaged. It is at our discretion that we determine if an item is damaged or faulty.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
In cases where the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original payment account again (i.e. Bank, AfterPay, PayPal, etc.)
Next, contact your original payment method provider.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. This depends on your own payment handler.

Balloons with a Difference only replaces items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a faulty item for the same item, send us an email at

If we do not have the same item in stock, we will replace the item with one of greater value or the closest match we have. If you have time, we will re order the item from our suppliers, if it is presently not in stock.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately., on phone 0466 078 404 or via email at balloonswad@gmail.com
We do not offer refunds for balloons (latex, bobo or foil) that are incorrectly inflated, or burst while being inflated. Once your balloons are delivered, we have no control over how you inflate the balloons, therefore, we suggest you follow all guidelines in relation to proper inflation.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. All replacement items will be shipped via our normal shipping procedure.
Balloons with a Difference reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.
