General Delivery and Pick Up Information

BALLOON DELIVERIES OCCUR MONDAY TO FRIDAY BETWEEN 9AM - 5PM.
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DELIVERY AND PICK UP FROM CLAREMONT MEADOWS BY APPOINTMENT OR ARRANGEMENT ONLY.
Orders from Balloons with a Difference are sent with a private courier. Orders are sent in large tough bags, that have breathing holes in them. These bags are eco friendly, in that, they break down naturally.
Please remove your balloons from the bag IMMEDIATELY after receiving them. Keeping balloons in our transport bags for longer periods may affect inflation and the longevity of the balloon bouquet. It may also cause latex balloons to oxidise more quickly.
If you need to transport the balloons home from work, pop them back in the bag to keep them together and manageable. This will also stop them from floating around in your vehicle.
During the delivery and transport process, some of your balloon strings may become tangled. When you open the bag, don't be afraid to untangle the strings. We do our absolute best to ensure minimum tangling, however, the nature of balloons and helium means sometimes they will become lightly tangled.
PLEASE REMEMBER BALLOONS ARE A VOLUME ITEM, NOT A SMALL PARCEL. OUR COURIERS DELIVERY CHARGE IS BASED ON THE FACT BALLOONS ARE 'FRAGILE' ITEMS AND REQUIRE AT LEAST 1M X 1M IN THEIR DELIVERY VEHICLES.
Deliveries Start at $25. Our minimum delivery fee is $25.
You can also collect your balloons from us at Claremont Meadows.
In addition to normal deliveries we also offer a VIP and Super Delivery Service. Please contact us for these prices. VIP and Super Delivery are both same day premium delivery services.
Super Delivery is generally within 1- 1.5 hours of order placement and charged accordingly.
Pick up from Claremont Meadows or via Uber or Air Tasker Available
If you can find a more economical way to have your balloons delivered to you, such as a friend collecting, an Uber Driver, or an Air Tasker, we are more than happy to organise a pick up from our headquarters at Claremont Meadows.
All Pick Up orders MUST be prepaid without exception. A collection window will also be organised for you. Pick up times are strictly during agreed times. There is a suburb chart below that lists our standard delivery areas and delivery fees.
Please Supervise Children & Pets with Balloons
Balloons are fun and wonderful for festive occasions, however, please remember to supervise children and pets with balloons. Helium should never be inhaled. If a balloon is burst, please immediately dispose of any balloon fragments or pieces. Do not leave tiny pieces of balloon fragments around as they can be dangerous to children and pets.
Balloons may pose a choking hazzard.
