Ordering is easy and fun!
You can order any of our Shop Products Online through our secure site or you can call us on 0466 078 404 during normal business hours to place an order over the phone.
Our site is securely encrypted to ensure your safety and security.
You can buy one item or many items. There are no limits to what you may like to order.
We offer same day delivery if your order is placed prior to our 10am deadline.
All other orders are delivered as next day deliveries.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5pm. AEST.
We accept all Major credit cards, including American Express.
We accept PayPal, GPay and Apple Pay.
We also have EFTPOS available for phone transactions.
Foil Balloons - Helium Filled
Foil Balloons are our favoured balloons here at Balloons With A Difference. Most helium filled Foil balloons will float for at least 60 hours, some have been known to float for 7-10 days. As with most balloons - temperature variances, extreme handling and rough play will decrease float time and lifespan.
Inflation technique can also play a part in how long a foil balloon will last.
Latex Balloons - Helium Filled
Latex Balloons have an optimal float time of approximately 8-24 hours indoors.
Latex Balloons can be treated with a product called Hi Float which will extend float time to around 2 - 4 days, provided the balloons are not exposed to extreme temperature variances or rough handling.
Like all other Balloons, Latex Balloons that are filled with helium have a varying float time depending on location and temperature. Please note Latex Balloons have a much lower float time than Foil Balloons, even when treated with Hi Float.
Exposing latex balloons to extreme heat or icy cold will cause them to shrivel very quickly.
Air Balloons - Regular Balloons
Air Balloons - balloons filled with breath or any other air source (pump) can stay inflated for weeks and months on end. It's not unusual for air filled balloons to be inflated for 5-6 months or longer.
All orders are delivered with a private courier. Orders are dispatched from Claremont Meadows, New South Wales. Orders are delivered in 'tough bags' to your door.
Yes, we do same day delivery. Orders must be placed before 10am for same day delivery. Orders received after 10am will be delivered the next day.
Yes, we do deliver to Hospitals and Nursing Homes.
Balloon delivery occurs in 4 hour blocks.
Once our courier picks up your bouquet, delivery will be made within 4 hours from the pick up time guaranteed. Depending on how many deliveries we have for that day you may receive your balloons in 1 hour or if you are further afield from us, it may take the full 4 hours. You can track your delivery at all stages of the process.
No, we don't do Saturday deliveries. However, you can pick up on Saturday from Claremont Meadows at an arranged time. We are not a 'shop' as such and all balloons are prepared via order only. We do not have pre made bouquets to look at. You can view our full range here on the site.
Yes. Often we can accommodate last minute deliveries, however, this type of delivery will attract an Expedited delivery fee.

Once your order is prepared at headquarters, we allow 30 minutes before our courier picks up to ensure there are no leaks or issues with inflation. We quality check all bouquets during this period.
Once a balloon bouquet is delivered to you, and you take receipt of the items, we can take no responsibility for how you choose to unpack or handle the balloons.
If your balloons arrive and any of the items in the bouquet are faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately and send a photo of the issue.
Children handling the bouquets and throwing them around will cause the balloons to slowly deflate. This is not a fault in the balloon.
Please supervise children and animals around balloons.
No, we do not inflate balloons that are purchased elsewhere.
Often 'cheap balloons' that are purchased from large vendor sites are of inferior quality and regularly burst on inflation, due to poor quality. We are then often expected to replace the inferior quality balloon at our expense.
Unfortunately, we cannot risk using poor quality or 'cheap' balloons purchased elsewhere.
